Under construction and on sale. In the first five days £500m of homes in this redevelopment had sold. It is thought to be the fastest ever sale of flats and houses in that price range ever in London. Prices range from £0.8m - £4m with penthouses believed to cost £30m. The homes in three blocks known as Switch House East, Switch House West and Boiler House Square will be ready for occupation by 2018. There will be three levels of shops, a two thousand capacity auditorium, cinemas, restaurants, conference spaces. a hotel and offices for five thousand workers.
